By using Pixelist, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. What Pixelist does
- Pixelist is an AI-powered tool that helps Indian ecommerce sellers create marketplace listings and product images
- It is currently in beta. Features and pricing may change with advance notice.
2. Acceptable use
- You may only upload images and product information that you own or have rights to
- You may not use Pixelist to create false, misleading, or fraudulent product listings
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform
3. AI output disclaimer
- Pixelist uses AI to generate listing content and product images
- AI suggestions may not be accurate. All outputs must be reviewed and verified by the seller before publishing
- Pixelist is not responsible for marketplace policy violations caused by unverified AI-generated content
- Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of all published listings
4. Intellectual property
- You retain ownership of the images and product information you upload
- You grant Pixelist a limited license to process your content to provide the requested service
- AI-generated outputs are provided for your use as a seller. Commercial rights belong to the user subject to applicable laws.
5. Credits and payments
- Credits are consumed on successful generation
- Technical failures that result in no usable output will receive automatic credit refunds
- Intentional re-generation at user request consumes credits
- Paid plan credits are non-refundable after use
- Pixelist reserves the right to adjust credit pricing with 7 days notice
6. Account termination
- You may close your account at any time
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
7. Limitation of liability
- Pixelist is provided as-is during beta
- We are not liable for loss of sales, marketplace suspension, or business losses arising from use of AI-generated content
8. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India
