No. Pixelist generates ready-to-use listing content and product images that you can copy and upload to your marketplace seller account. Direct publishing is not available in the current beta version.

Currently Pixelist generates listings in English, which is required for most Indian marketplace platforms. Hindi and regional language support is planned for future updates.

Yes. Your images are encrypted during upload and protected on our servers. We do not sell your data or use your product images to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Credits are consumed when you generate an output. Different outputs use different credit amounts — a text listing uses 1 credit, a white background image uses 2 credits, a lifestyle image uses 4 credits, and an infographic uses 6 credits. Technical failures are automatically refunded.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Up to 20% of your unused monthly credits carry forward — but only if you renew your plan within 3 days of expiry. If you renew after 3 days, unused credits reset. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.

You do. The listings and images generated using your product information and images are yours to use commercially. See our Terms of Service for full details.

If a generation fails due to a technical error, timeout, or processing issue, your credits are automatically refunded within 24 hours. You do not need to raise a support request.
