Pricing FAQ
Credits are consumed when you generate an output. A text listing uses 1 credit, a white background image uses 2 credits, a lifestyle image uses 4 credits, and an infographic uses 6 credits. A complete listing pack is 8 credits. Technical failures are automatically refunded.
If a generation fails due to a technical error, timeout, or processing issue, your credits are automatically refunded within 24 hours. You do not need to raise a support request.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Up to 20% of your unused monthly credits carry forward — but only if you renew your plan within 3 days of expiry. If you renew after 3 days, unused credits reset. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
