Pixelist ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. What data we collect

  • Account information: name, email address
  • Product images uploaded by the user for generating listings
  • Product details and text inputs entered during listing generation
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, generation counts
  • Payment information: processed securely via Razorpay, not stored by Pixelist

2. How we use your data

  • To generate AI-powered product listings and images
  • To process and manage your credit balance and plan
  • To improve product quality and fix bugs
  • We do not sell your data to third parties
  • We do not use your product images to train AI models without your explicit consent

3. AI processing

  • Your uploaded images and product details are sent to Google Gemini AI services for processing
  • Images are encrypted during upload and protected at rest
  • Images are processed only to provide the AI generation feature you requested

4. Data retention

  • Generated listings and images are stored in your account until you delete them or close your account
  • On account deletion, all your data will be deleted within 30 days
  • You can request data deletion at any time by writing to: support@pixelist.in
